1. Return Window

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale / clearance items designated as final sale.

  • Personal or hygienic goods (e.g., innerwear, socks).

4. Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package.

  3. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5–10 business days.
